- Take exit 39 from I76.
- Take Route 8 South towards Pittsburgh. Proceed approximately 3.6 miles.
- Turn right onto Duncan Avenue and proceed 2.6 miles.
- At the stop sign bear slightly right, and proceed 2 tenths of a mile.
- Turn right on Royal Manor Drive.
- At the top of the hill turn left.
Directions to Royal Manor from Monroeville Pa.
- Follow I-376 West / US-22 West / US-30 West toward Pittsburgh.
- Take the Boulevard of Allies exit-stay in the right lane for I-579.
- Follow I-579 to end and merge onto I-279.
- Take the McKnight Road / US-19-Truck North exit - Exit 11 approximately 4.7 miles.
- Turn right on Peebles Road go 1.1 miles.
- Turn right on Duncan Ave. Go 2 tenths of a mile.
- Turn left into Royal Manor Complex.
- At the top of the grade turn left.
From Pittsburgh Airport
- Follow signs for Pittsburgh Rt 60 south.
- Merge onto US-22 E / US-30 East toward I-279 N Pittsburgh.
- US-22 East / US-30 East becomes I-279 N.
- At I-79 Follow I-279 North to McKnight Road exit.
- Take the McKnight Road / US-19-Truck North exit - Exit 11 approximately 4.7 miles.
- Turn right on Peebles Road 1.1 miles.
- Turn right on Duncan Ave. Go 2 tenths of a mile.
- Turn left into Royal Manor Complex.
- At top of the grade turn left.
